Crockpot Mac-N-Cheese

  • 2 cups macaroni noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (grated by hand!)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.75oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • add pepper to taste
  1. Bring water to a boil. Cook macaroni for 6 minutes.
  2. In a medium pan, mix butter and cheese until cheese melts. Add sour cream, soup, salt, milk, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add cheese sauce to slow cooker (spray with nonstick cooking spray first) along with the macaroni. Mix until combined and cook on low for 2 hours – stirring every half hour.
